Segmented Breathing
All of the following breaths should be experienced through the nose
calming breath
4 part inhale: 1 part exhale
clarity and focus
4 part inhale: 4 part exhale
8 part inhale: 8 part exhale
alertness and energy
8 part inhale: 4 part exhale
reduce stress and anxiety
4 part inhale: 8 part exhale
